Donald had a vision for BrightLeap from the start. Having spent many thousands of hours working with inspiring youngsters ahead of 11+ exams, he knows what preparation delivers success. All that has been poured into getting the educational content right.

Alex has been tutoring for over 5 years and loves a maths challenge and a good pun. She has enjoyed seeing pupils develop strengths and passions in subjects ranging from English and Verbal Reasoning to Maths and Engineering.

Stephanie is a senior designer at Matter of Form. Stephanie has been inspired by BrightLeap's vision to prosper student education and has created unique identity for the platform.

Fred is a director of digital agency Matter Of Form, and is a primary school governor in London. Fred has worked closely with the BrightLeap tutor team since inception to bring their vision to life.

Malachy started Bright Young Things to link great tutors with great students. He works with BrightLeap to create learning tools to help tutors, students and parents in the run up to 11+.

Richard moved to London in 2009 to study physics. Since graduating he has worked mostly with university students, but also has primary school teaching experience from the UK, as well as the Middle East and East Africa.

Simonas is an experienced digital project manager, specialising in user experience and web products. Simonas has worked closely with tutor, development and design teams to make the best e-learning platform for 11+.

James Donaldson
A graduate from Christ Church, University of Oxford, James is a tutor primarily of Music. It was at Wells Cathedral School in Somerset where he was first exposed to the joys of teaching and has since enjoyed balancing this with life as an active composer and cellist.
